Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs include packaging and postage. When you have selected the payment and shipping methods, shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket view. Products are delivered using the selected shipping method. Please note that online tracking is generally not available for letters.
Free shipping may be available to select regions and to orders above a certain value. Eligibility to free shipping will be indicated on the checkout page.
Delivery Times
We seek to ship the order within 2 working days of receipt of orders, but delays may occur. We aim to always inform clearly about a prolonged delivery time. Any stated delivery dates are indicative and may therefore be waived.
Change or cancellation of order
When the order has been placed, no changes to it can be made. If you wish to cancel the order, contact us by email at info@hatlabs.fi. Order that has not been picked up from the chosen place of delivery will return to the sender, which will lead to a return and the payment will be refunded to the customer according to the original payment method. The delivery costs will not be refunded if the order returns to the sender uncollected.
