The holes fit NMEA 2000 panel connectors, SP13 connectors or PG7 cable glands. The holes on the long edge can also be enlarged with a step drill bit to accept larger connector sizes.
IMPORTANT: The SH-ESP32 does NOT fit in this enclosure if any of the holes on the long edge have a blind plug installed. Or in other words: when used with an SH-ESP32, all three holes on the long edge must have SP13 or NMEA 2000 panel connectors installed, and even then, it's a tight fit.
